Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Bloom Bar. We take great pride in the quality, freshness, and craftsmanship of every floral arrangement we create. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Items that are not eligible for return include, but are not limited to:

  • Fresh flowers and floral arrangements

  • Preserved flowers

  • Plants

  • Food, chocolates, and other edible gift items

  • Customized or personalized floral designs

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

  • Cancellations requested 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery or pickup may qualify for a refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • A 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

  • Promotional, discounted, or sale items are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend that you:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take several business days to appear.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective.

If you believe your order qualifies for a replacement, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and, if applicable, photographs of the item.
