When necessary, Bloom Bar reserves the right to substitute flowers or design elements with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and quality of the arrangement.

5. Delivery and Pickup

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Bloom Bar is not responsible for delivery delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses or recipient information.
While we strive to honor requested delivery timeframes, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

In general:

Orders canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date may qualify for a refund, less applicable payment processing fees.
Same-day cancellations are generally not eligible for a refund.
Personalized, custom-designed, and perishable floral products may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless required by applicable law.
